FSBO Broker and Counselor Julie Marshall is an Alaska Native, born and raised in the South Central area of Alaska. She is a Licensed Alaska Real Estate Broker. Julie is a proud USAF and USA Veteran. She holds a bachelors degree from Fort Lewis College and attended a masters program at Vermont College of Fine Arts. She taught college and worked in healthcare for many years. Julie is a minimalist and avid outdoors person. Her varied life and work experiences add unique prospective to the FSBO System® Team. As a member of the FSBO System® team, she is a people person with the technical and communication skill sets that are perfect for assisting our clients through the process of selling their home the FSBO System® way. She understands the complexities of the sale of your most important asset and values keeping the process clear and simple.

Jonathan Butzke, Licensed Alaska Real Estate Professional and Partner

Jonathan is a Real Estate investor with over 25 years’ experience. He is a partner in FSBO System®, LLC. He also owns two companies in the media industry, Talking Circle Media and Alaska Film Crew. He also owns various real estate investment properties around the United States. Jonathan was the owner of the Miss Alaska USA Pageant for the Miss Universe organization. He attended both University of Alaska, and Alaska Pacific University. Jonathan is a sitting board member of the Alaska Native Media Group, and Alaska Moving Images Preservation Association. Jonathan leads the IT and development team that created the FSBO System® interactive on-line tutorial since 1995. He also is a partner in FSBO System® Alaska, LLC. Jonathan grew up and lived in Anchorage since 1968, with Inupiaq heritage from Nome, Alaska.

Kirk Wickersham, Founder

Kirk is a lawyer and real estate broker with over 50 years’ experience. He graduated from the University of Alaska and Yale Law School, and he has a master’s degree from the University of Colorado. He’s a former Chair of the Alaska Real Estate Commission. He’s a former Regent of the University of Alaska and is a member of the Investment Committee of the University Foundation. He’s also a former member of the Executive Committee of the Yale Law School Association. Kirk is a member of Commonwealth North and many other civic and professional organizations. He created the FSBO System® and founded the Company in 1995. In 2022, Kirk opened the new FSBO System® office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
